What are your hours?

Can I ask about my medication in chat or email?
Please don't. Questions about dosing, side effects, interactions, missed doses, or whether something is safe need a pharmacist, and chat and email are not secure channels for health information. Call us instead.
Refills
I need a refill. What do I do?
Start with the question below, because it is the answer most people need.
I have a WeightRx subscription. Why hasn't my refill shipped?
This is the most common question we get. Your WeightRx subscription and your prescription are two separate things. An active subscription does not automatically send us a refill. WeightRx has to issue a new prescription each time, and we can only fill what they send us. To get a refill moving, contact WeightRx directly at 1-866-286-4886 or at weightrx.com. Once they send the new prescription over, we take care of filling it.
My prescription came from somewhere else. Can you refill it?
Usually not directly. Most of the medications we fill do not come with refills on them, which means a new prescription has to come from whoever prescribed it. Reaching out to your provider is normally the fastest first step. If you are not sure who to contact, or you have already reached out to your provider, call us at 888-462-5217 and we will help from there.
My prescription came from Vuzzy telehealth.

How many refills do I have left?
We cannot look that up in chat or email. Call us at 888-462-5217 and our team can check your record with you.

Can I transfer a prescription to VitaScripts?
Yes. Transfers are handled by our pharmacy staff. Call 888-462-5217 and they will walk you through it.
How much will my prescription cost?
We cannot quote prescription prices in chat or by email. Cost depends on the specific prescription, your insurance, and current pricing, and only our team can confirm it. Call 888-462-5217 for an accurate quote.
Do you carry controlled substances?
We do not discuss controlled substances outside of a phone call, including whether an item is in stock or when a fill is due. Please call 888-462-5217.
Can you make a compounded medication?
Compounding requests are reviewed case by case. Call 888-462-5217 or request a callback and someone from our compounding team will reach out. Providers asking about compounded fulfillment for a practice should email cs@vitascriptspharmacy.com.
What is my order status?

Supplements, telehealth, and providers
Do you sell supplements?
Yes, through our supplement store at Vuzzy.com. You can browse the full catalog and order there. We cannot advise in chat on what to take or whether a supplement is right for you; if you want to know whether a supplement is safe alongside your medication, call 888-462-5217 and ask a pharmacist.
How do I start a weight loss, longevity, or other telehealth prescription?
Prescriptions like that start with a licensed provider, not with the pharmacy. Get started at vuzzy.telmed.health. You complete an online visit, a US-licensed physician reviews it and prescribes if it is appropriate for you, and we handle the pharmacy side from there. Questions about whether a treatment is right for you, dosing, or eligibility are for the provider.
